About Oldfield Golf Club (Okatie, SC)
Designed by Greg Norman, Oldfield Golf Club has been receiving fantastic reviews from its members since opening in 2002. This exclusive private club located northwest of Hilton Head Island in Okatie, SC is definitely worth the short 30-minute drive from the island. Situated along the banks of the Okatie River, the course design preserves the natural marshes, moss-draped oaks, and pristine lakes. In the absence of rough, Norman incorporated plenty of other challenges in his design, to include expansive waste bunkers, stacked sod-wall bunkers, and challenging greens complexes with small greens emphasizing the need for skilled approach shots and short game prowess. Make sure you put this superior track on your itinerary the next time you visit the island!
